These terms cover the internal marketing-analytics tool operated by Panda Center. The tool is not offered to the public, is not sold or licensed, and has no external user base. Access is limited to Panda Center staff on Panda Center workstations.

Regulamin dotyczy wewnętrznego narzędzia do analityki marketingowej, które prowadzi Panda Center. Narzędzie nie jest udostępniane publicznie, nie jest sprzedawane ani licencjonowane i nie ma użytkowników z zewnątrz. Dostęp mają tylko osoby pracujące w Panda Center, na firmowych komputerach.

• The tool may be used only to read and report on advertising and analytics accounts that Panda Center has been authorised to access by their owners.
• The tool performs read operations only. It cannot create, modify or delete campaigns, budgets, bids or account settings.
• Any change to a client account is made by a person, directly in the relevant Google interface.

Client authorisationZgoda klienta

Access to a client account exists only while that client grants it. A client may withdraw access at any time by removing Panda Center permissions in their own Google Ads or Analytics account, or by written request. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.

Use of the tool is subject to the terms of the platforms it connects to, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Where those terms conflict with anything here, those terms prevail.

The tool is provided as-is for internal use. Reports it produces are an aid to analysis, not a substitute for the reporting available in the platforms themselves. Panda Center gives no warranty that figures derived by the tool are free of error, and decisions taken on the basis of those figures remain the responsibility of the person taking them.
